Ala Moana Tower

Honolulu, Hawaii

A new 23-story project in the Ala Moana neighborhood comprising of 213 high-end residential units and anchored by one floor of retail and restaurant venues at ground level. The major design challenge on this particular project is to provide a highly sustainable, energy efficient system that meets the unique environmental challenges and construction logistics of the Hawaiian location. Like Ward Village, Ala Moana Tower r will also be certified by the US Green Building Council’s LEED sustainable design rating system in the State of Hawaii. Schnackel Engineers will once again be leading the energy simulations commissioning and efficiency of this project.
