Schnackel Engineers is proud to be the Engineer for the MEP/FP Design Services at the new Hard Rock Hotel in Palm Springs, CA. This high profile project is a signature building of over 770,000 square feet located in the heart of Palm Springs’ vital and active downtown area. Immediately adjacent to the Palm Springs Convention Center, this project incorporates the latest in technological innovation and requires careful and sensitive design coordination with the cutting-hedge five-star hospitality market it serves. The property features a convention center, signature restaurants, full-service spa, night club, massive adult water park, professional recording studio, and over 500 hospitality units.

This project is yet another example of Schnackel Engineers’ experience in the Hospitality marketplace, and Urban Design and Mixed-Use areas as well.
