Situated in the rapidly growing, upscale area of Southwest Omaha is Roja Mexican Grill. Its 8600 square feet of Southwest ambience including water falls and fire pits offered Schnackel Engineers a canvas on which to showcase its flair for the aesthetic. Our in-house lighting design team provided dramatic backdrops for this unique, high-end, Tex-Mex restaurant. Schnackel Engineers’ vast experience in restaurant design and ease of coordination with  utilities across the US and Canada are more facets of the Frictionless Engineering™ experience.
