Schnackel Engineers was also chosen as MEP consultant for Blue Sushi Sake Grill, a trendy, upscale sushi bar and restaurant in Northwest Omaha. Again our experience in the restaurant market from coast to coast, as well as our ability to help our clients realize their vision, afforded us another excellent platform to deliver client needs and exceed their expectations. Schnackel was instrumental in the maintaining the eclectic design aspects of the finished project through attention to detail and once again a bent toward aesthetics. Our team of lighting designers helped to add dramatic lighting that accentuated the already striking architectural backdrop.
