Schnackel Engineers has been a part of the Chipotle Mexican Grill national rollout since 2007. We have been instrumental in Chipotle’s cost reduction efforts and in designing cooking exhaust systems that reduce the amount of grease laden vapors released into the atmosphere, especially in locations with high population density and areas of mixed-use. These challenges have allowed Schnackel to provide solutions which per form better from environmental, operational and sustainability standpoints, benefiting not only Chipotle and their customers, but the immediate locale as well.
