Seraphim Carlson Mullins joined Schnackel Engineers in 2011. As Director of Talent, Seraphim is responsible for the recruitment and development of new employees at Schnackel Engineers, as well as for administering all aspects of Human Resources. Seraphim holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Lake Forest College and brings fifteen years of HR experience from Bank of America and Yahoo! Inc. In Omaha, she sits on the Chamber of Commerce Workforce Council and the board of Heartland Workforce Solutions and is involved in the Early Childhood Development Business Round Table and the Human Resources Association of the Midlands.

Passionate about her hometown, Seraphim moved back to Omaha in 2005 and is married with two young children. She and her family enjoy taking full advantage of all the city has to offer.
